The existing five-bedroom residency next to the Wasps Elite Performance & Innovation Centre training facility was renovated, remodelled, and extended to become a house of multiple occupancy to facilitate the academy players for Wasps RFC.
The extension was sympathetically designed to extend the look and feel of the existing property, incorporating further living space and bedrooms to accommodate thirteen bedrooms across the property.
The mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to meet the requirements of the conversion and the regulations which apply to a commercial property of this nature.
