Robert Wigley

Shareholder

Robert Wigley is Chairman of Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd and is a Shareholder for Tyto Contracting Ltd.

Wigley, which has evolved significantly since its foundation in 1964, was established by his father as a highways contractor. Robert was educated in the civil engineering side of the business from a young age and has many years’ experience, and a deep understanding, of the construction industry.

During Robert’s time as Managing Director of Wigley, the business significantly evolved and expanded both in terms of its own extensive portfolio of commercial property and its client offering. The business evolved to become Wigley Investment Holdings, overseeing a portfolio of independent businesses, in 2024.

As Chairman of Wigley Investment Holdings, Robert oversees the businesses portfolio of independent companies and assets.

James Ellerington

Director & Shareholder

James is the Senior Executive Director at Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd and is a Director and Shareholder for Tyto Contracting Ltd.

With a proven background in strategic and operational risk management, with a proven track record of delivering within the property and construction industries.

As well as providing strategic oversight and support, James ensures the smooth running of Tyto as part of the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio.

Claire Lynch

Director

Claire is the Senior Executive Director for Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd and sits on the Executive Board of Tyto Contracting Ltd as a Director.

With a strong background in governance, quality, health & safety, environmental management, and people management, Claire has significant experience overseeing the governance of property and construction companies. This includes supporting specific ISO certifications, and relevant health & safety policies.

Claire provides critical advice and support for Tyto, to ensure the business adheres to best practice in governance, safety, and risk management – as well as effective people management.
